Pranay Agarwal began their career as a Research Intern at the National Center for Biological Sciences in 2008, primarily working on generating induced pluripotent stem cells. They then moved on to roles such as Graduate Research Assistant at the New Jersey Institute of Technology, focusing on stem cell differentiation and proliferation. They continued their research at Columbia University as a Staff Associate, studying vascular morphogenesis in cellular microenvironments. Pranay then joined The Ohio State University as a Graduate Research Associate, where they developed innovative techniques for cell culture and mentoring students. They later became a Postdoctoral Fellow at Stanford University School of Medicine before assuming the role of Principal Researcher at MEDIC Life Sciences in 2022.
