Chris Leemon

Chris Leemon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and continuous improvement within the healthcare and retail sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Project Management in Operations at Medica since December 2022, Chris previously held the position of Manager of Continuous Improvement for Health Plans at SSM Health, where leadership oversight focused on performance visibility management and enhancing operational clarity. Chris's career at Walgreens spanned from 2006 to 2021, culminating in a role as District Manager Supervisor, having also served as a Frontier Change Leader and Store Manager, which involved driving innovative initiatives and overseeing substantial teams. Before Walgreens, Chris worked as a Regional and Expansion Consultant for the Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity, managing leadership development initiatives. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Northern Michigan University, awarded in 2004.
