Daniel Oster

Daniel Oster has extensive experience in the customer service and management fields, currently serving as a Product Specialist and Call Center Supervisor at Medica since August 2017. In this role, Daniel oversees coaching and developing team members while also acting as a Team Lead, facilitating training for phone representatives. Additionally, Daniel works as a Tournament Director for Minnesota Youth Athletic Services, managing tournament operations. Previous experience includes positions as a Stock Associate at Total Wine & More, a Senior Sales employee at Sports Authority, and a Yard Worker at Litchfield Building Center. Daniel holds an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Ridgewater College and has completed studies at the University of Minnesota.
