MAP provides affordable care regardless of insurance status.  No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay.

Medical Associates Plus accepts most private insurances, Medicare, Medicaid and CHIP.

We also offer a discounted/sliding fee schedule based on income and family size for the uninsured and underinsured.
