As specialists in Primary Care property in England, Wales and Scotland, we work with GPs to build bespoke fit-for-purpose medical centres that provide an excellent work and treatment environment. 

We work with GPs and practice managers to assess their premises needs and community requirements, create business cases, and source funding to develop fit-for-purpose buildings. We then provide long-term security to GPs, the NHS, and patients through lease arrangements. Some of the properties we first developed have now been partners for over 25 years.
