Przemek Tadla's work experience begins in 1999 at Philips Lighting, where they worked as a Process Engineer until 2006. Przemek then moved on to Kimball Electronics, where they served as a Process Engineer from 2006 to 2007. From 2008 to 2013, Tadla worked as a Senior Project Engineer at UL Inc./Underwriters Laboratories International. In 2013, they joined Medicalgorithmics S.A. as a Medical Device Development Manager and later became the Strategy Director. Przemek then served as the Chief Product Owner and Operations & Product Compliance Director at the same company. In 2018, Tadla joined Telemedyczna Grupa Robocza as a Board Member. Przemek'smost recent roles include Head of Partnerships at Cardiomatics and Co-Founder and Board Member at RASC Ltd. In 2022, Tadla became the Chief Operating Officer at Kardiolytics Inc and Biometryks, and then moved on to become the Chief Technology Officer at Medicalgorithmics S.A.

Przemek Tadla has a Master's degree in Automatic Control Engineering and Management from Poznan University of Technology, which they obtained from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Automatic Control Engineering from the same university from 2000 to 2004. Przemek also completed two postgraduate studies at SGH Warsaw School of Economics, specializing in Project Management and Professional Investment, both from 2009 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, Przemek has obtained several certifications including Professional Scrum Master from Scrum.org in 2019, and various courses from renowned institutions such as Duke University, University of Virginia, and University of Michigan.
