Mark Pel

Mark Pel serves as a Board Observer for Medicore, a leader in electronic health record software in the Dutch market, having joined in September 2024. In early 2025, Mark founded Your Admin Partner, aiming to create a regional administration and bookkeeping firm through a strategic growth approach. Previously, Mark co-founded and operated as a Partner at Livingstone’s Benelux branch, focusing on deal origination from June 2022 to May 2025. Mark's career includes significant positions at Active Capital Company B.V. as Investment Director and at PwC Nederland as Associate Director in M&A, specializing in the recruitment and staffing sector. Early career experiences include roles at Oaklins Netherlands and ABN AMRO, as well as serving as President of the Financial Student Association RISK. Mark holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Financial Value Management from the University of Groningen.
