Christopher Fall began their work experience in 2012 as a Veterinary Assistant at East Cobb Veterinary Clinic. In 2015, they transitioned to a Customer Support Specialist role at uBreakiFix, where they worked until 2018. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Tier 1 VoIP Support Engineer at SIP.US. In 2019, they joined Barracuda as a Technical Support Engineer, and in 2020, they became an Associate Systems Engineer I at Medicus IT.

Christopher Fall completed their Associate's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Gwinnett Technical College, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. In addition to their degree, Christopher has obtained various certifications including MTA: Windows Server Administration Fundamentals from Microsoft in June 2022, Advanced Certification from 3CX in January 2021, Basic and Intermediate Certifications from 3CX in October 2020, CompTIA A+ in December 2014, CompTIA Network+ in February 2019, and CompTIA Security+ in November 2019.
