Jonathan James has a diverse background in sales and marketing with significant experience spanning several industries. Starting as a Sales Associate at Madill - The Office Company, Jonathan demonstrated strong customer service skills and consistently received positive feedback. As the Lions' Lair Executive Project Manager with Enactus BCIT, Jonathan managed accelerator workshops and organized business development initiatives. A tenure as a Shift Leader Bartender at Boston Pizza showcased Jonathan's ability to thrive in fast-paced environments focused on customer satisfaction. Most recently, Jonathan served as a Digital Supervisor and subsequently a Digital Specialist at Mediology, where responsibilities included digital strategy, client communication, and team mentoring. Jonathan holds a Marketing Management degree with Honours from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and also has a background in geography from the University of the Fraser Valley.
