Per Sagert

Per Sagert has a strong background in IT management and leadership. Per started their career as a Consultant at Coopers & Lybrand in 1996. Per then worked as a Consultant at WM-data from 1997 to 1998. In 1998, they joined Brightpoint as an IT Manager in Sweden. Per later held various roles at Brightpoint, including Director of Global Technology, IT and Operations Manager for Brightpoint Sweden, and Vice President of IT and Operations for Brightpoint Europe. In 2006, they became the Vice President of IT for EMEA at Brightpoint. In 2010, they joined Mediq Sverige AB as the IT Manager and later became the IT Director for Nordics and Baltics. Throughout their career, they were responsible for bridging the gap between the business and IT organizations, leading IT teams, and implementing strategic IT initiatives.

Per Sagert holds a Lic Eng degree in Systems Management from Chalmers University of Technology, which they obtained from 1991 to 1996. Prior to that, they completed their MSc in Industrial Engineering & Management at Chalmers University of Technology from 1986 to 1991. In addition, they have also obtained the PRINCE2® Foundation Examination certification from APMG-International in 2013.
