Norbert Czyżewski

Norbert Czyżewski is the Head of Customer Hub at MeDirect, bringing 17 years of expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Service, Voice of Customer (VoC), and AML First Line of Defense. Previously, Norbert held leadership positions as Director of CRM Departments at Euro Bank S.A., Kaufland Polska Markety, and Alior Bank S.A. They have a strong technical background in systems development and have successfully implemented multiple CRM and marketing systems. Norbert completed a Master’s Degree in Economics with a focus on International Finance and holds a degree in Technical Physics with a specialization in Computer Metrology and Control from Uniwersytet Mikołaja Kopernika w Toruniu.
