Simon Pullicino

Simon Pullicino is the General Counsel at MeDirect Malta, having previously served as Chief Legal & Compliance Officer at AgriBank PLC and a Partner at Mamo TCV Advocates. They have a distinguished background in Banking & Finance, Corporate & Insolvency Law, providing legal counsel across various sectors, including corporate governance and commercial litigation. Simon contributes to the European Commission’s study on business failure and insolvency and has lectured on corporate insolvency law at the University of Malta. They also co-authored legal publications, highlighting their expertise in corporate liquidations and debt restructuring. Simon continues their education with a Master of Laws (LLM) in European & Comparative Law.
