Stephen Ciantar is a Chapter Lead in Data Warehouse at MeDirect Bank Malta, having previously served as a Data Engineer at Tipico. With extensive experience in business systems support, problem resolution, and data operations, Stephen has developed a strong proficiency in Python, PL/SQL, and machine learning. They hold a First Class degree in Internet Application Development from Middlesex University and an Advanced Diploma in IT from STC Malta. Motivated by a commitment to continuous learning, Stephen's recent project involved creating a churn prediction model based on customer usage.
