Roy Dotan

Roy Dotan has a wealth of experience in product management and leadership. Roy began their career in 2006 with the Israeli Defense Force (IDF) Navy, where they held the roles of Missile Boat Deputy Commander and Senior Chief Engineer. In 2008, they attended the Naval Academy, IDF (Hovlim course) and became a Naval Academy Leader (Major). In 2011, they worked as a Clinical Trial Specialist at Hospitech Respiration Ltd. In 2012, they joined Philips Healthcare as a Senior Group Product Manager. In this role, they drove a 64% increase in yearly revenue and 15% growth in active users. Roy also led a innovative shift in sales UVP delivery, training more than 400 global salespeople. In 2020, they moved to Syqe Medical as Head of Product. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Medisafe® as Director of Product Management.

Roy Dotan attended Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, where they studied Biomedical Engineering.
