Christopher Gingras

Christopher Gingras currently serves as President of MediSpend since September 2025. In addition to this role, Christopher has been a Lieutenant Commander in the Medical Service Corps of the US Navy Reserve since May 2014. Prior experience includes Chief Product Strategy Officer at MedCompli, a MediSpend Company, from September 2017 to September 2025, where Christopher managed a comprehensive suite of compliance programs for the pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotechnology industries. Other notable positions include Senior Director of Corporate Compliance and Internal Audit at RTI Surgical, Vice President of Healthcare Compliance and Business Ethics at MCRA, and Chief Compliance Officer at Baystate Health. Christopher's educational background includes a Master's degree in Business Administration from Rice University, a BA in Political Science from the University of New Hampshire, a Graduate Certificate in Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Law & Compliance from Seton Hall University, and a Diploma from the U.S. Naval War College.
