Jay Ward

Jay Ward has a diverse work experience in various industries. Jay has recently worked as the Life Sciences Solutions Director at MediSpend since September 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Ethics and Compliance Director at Lima Corporate from November 2021 to August 2023. Before their role at Lima Corporate, they held the position of Senior Compliance Manager at Bioventus from October 2016 to October 2021. Jay also has experience in the medical device industry, having worked as a Manager and Project Manager at Stryker Orthopaedics from December 2009 to September 2016. Earlier in their career, they held the position of Project Manager at Datascope from June 2006 to July 2009 and served as a Project Manager at Mindray DS USA from 2008 to 2009. Jay began their professional journey in the US Army, where they held various roles from 1994 to 2006.

Jay Ward attended the United States Military Academy at West Point from 1990 to 1994 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree. Jay later pursued a Master's degree at LIU Post from 2002 to 2003, specializing in Leader Development and Counseling. Additionally, Jay has obtained certifications in "Developing Executive Presence" and "Building Resilience as a Leader" from LinkedIn in 2021.
