With more than 30 years of leadership in field of healthcare, Hennessy possesses deep experience in entrepreneurship, M&A, building high-performing teams and organizations, medical publishing and education, and sales, with a focus most notably on the managed care market. Before joining HMP Global, Hennessy founded Princeton Media Associates, LLC (PMA), a healthcare communications company with a portfolio of award-winning and well-respected brands including First Report Managed Care. In 2008, Hennessy assumed the roles of president and chief operating officer of HMP when the company acquired PMA, leading to the formation of one of the largest and most respected accredited continuing education companies. Prior to PMA, Hennessy also founded American Medical Publishing; under his leadership, the company launched one of the most successful brands in healthcare communications history: the American Journal of Managed Care.
