Reto Krapf

Reto Krapf is the Chief Medical Officer at Medisyn SA, where they lead a team in implementing bioanalytical innovations to enhance patient care. With nearly 40 years of experience in medical education and clinical practice, Reto has served as a professor of medicine at the University of Basel and has directed several departments in tertiary care hospitals. Reto's research focuses on acid-base balance, electrolyte regulation, and water balance, with significant contributions to academic publishing as editor-in-chief of the Swiss Medical Forum. Currently, Reto is dedicated to mentoring emerging scientists while continuing to provide second opinions and consulting services in various medical fields.
