Founded by a team of meditation teachers, businesspeople, and industry experts, meditatehere was created to deliver the stress relieving benefits of meditation to the remote work world.

We work with CEOs, team leaders and HR heads to define meditation programs that can fit easily into office or work-from-home environments. Our popular monthly subscription service, for example, fits well into any employee benefits program.

meditatehere's online community is designed to help teach and deliver the benefits of meditation to remote and hybrid working individuals and companies. Find some peace of mind while working with guided micro meditations, live Zoom meditations, and practical tips from world class teachers on how to make this ancient practice become a powerful tool to deal with the stresses of modern work life. Learn to meditate in the flow of work and feel so much better.
