In Nov 2020, we created this online community of practice during the infamous lockdown.
And we kept going.
Join us for live online meditations to support your regular practice.

Our intentions are to:
- help ourselves and others keep a regular practice
- provide a space to connect with like-minded people
- give people the chance to sit for longer or more often
- inspire people to do meditation retreats
