Timon Dejonghe has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Timon began their career as a Site Services Engineer at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise in 1998. In 1991, they joined Winsol Group as an Engineering Support Manager. In 2005, they founded and became the President of LEIE MARATHON, organizing one of the largest running events in Belgium. In 2007, they became the CEO of Meditech, a position they held until 2009 when they started their own venture, DMC2, as the Owner and General Manager. In 2013, they founded OX BREWERY with Bernadette LAGAE, serving as the Owner and Brewer until 2021. In 2020, they became a Member of the Board of Directors at Medipim and also started a partnership as the Owner-Partner at STEPSTOOLS. Additionally, in 2023, they became a Partner-Owner-Director at Rival, a data-driven design laboratory based in Sydney, Australia, specializing in online databases for medical professionals.

Timon Dejonghe holds a degree in Architecture from the Royal Academy of Modern Arts, which they completed from 1991 to 1996. Timon also pursued a degree in Industrial Automation at HOGENT from 1987 to 1991. In 2014, they obtained a Master's Degree in Zythology from Syntra West. Additionally, they received certification in Business Sustainability Management from the University of Cambridge in 2021. Timon also has a qualification as a Brewmaster from Alvine Brewery, which they obtained from 2011 to 2013.
