Jason Cartwright

Jason Cartwright has extensive work experience in executive leadership roles in the healthcare and recruitment industries. Jason currently serves as the Group Chief Executive Officer at multiple companies, including Colbrow Care, Meditech, Regal Health, and Kemp Recruitment. Prior to these roles, Jason was a Board Director on the Advisory Board at OnePassport. Jason also held the position of CEO at Healthcare Australia Pty Ltd (HCA) for nearly a decade, where they were responsible for providing healthcare workforce solutions to the industry. Before that, Jason worked as a Group Director at Randstad, where they oversaw various portfolios across Australia and New Zealand. Jason began their career at TMP Worldwide, where they held roles such as Key Account Manager in Melbourne and Associate Director in London. Throughout their career, Jason has demonstrated expertise in client relationship management, business development, and executive leadership.

Jason Cartwright completed their education, starting with a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Accounting & Commercial Law from Deakin University, where they attended from 1988 to 1991. In 2009, they also attended INSEAD for an Executive MBA course focused on Business Administration and Management, General. Most recently, they finalized their education by obtaining a Graduate Company Director degree in Board Governance from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, which they completed in 2022.
