Ar Plano

AR Plano is a skilled recruiter currently employed at MEDITECH since July 2022, focusing on enhancing candidate experiences and advising hiring management teams in various sectors including customer service and software development while emphasizing equity, diversity, and inclusion. Previously, AR served as the Residence Hall Director at Marquette University, managing a team of 44 to support 434 students through collaborative academic and facility initiatives. AR’s extensive background includes roles at the University of Iowa as a co-project manager analyzing qualitative survey data for student retention, developing trainings on diversity and inclusivity, and facilitating a LGBTQ+ clothing closet project, as well as an internship at the Gender and Sexuality Resource Center at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire focused on inclusivity initiatives. AR holds a Master of Arts in Higher Education and Student Affairs from the University of Iowa and a Bachelor of Arts in English Critical Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
