Edward Hinkle

Edward Hinkle is an accomplished Human Resources Executive with over 15 years of HR leadership experience, currently serving as the Associate Vice President and Head of People at MEDITECH. Previously, Edward held roles including HR Director of Talent Management at Springfield Clinic, where they established key recruitment initiatives and a Workforce Planning department that significantly reduced clinical vacancies. Edward’s teaching experience includes instructing at Madison College and Lincoln Land Community College, focusing on critical skills development for diverse student populations. Edward holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch University and remains dedicated to fostering a high-performing and diverse workforce.
