Eric Lacroix is a seasoned IT professional with over a decade of experience in technology and operations. Since October 2012, Eric has served as a Senior IT Analyst at Meditech, leading projects and implementations that impact the entire organization, with key responsibilities in G Suite Administration, software evaluation, implementation, support, analytics, and project management. Prior to this role, Eric was the Office Manager at Bagardi Laser Center from January 2010 to October 2012, where responsibilities included patient charting and booking, as well as successfully implementing new booking software and significantly increasing the customer base through strategic marketing efforts.
