Kelli O'Brien

Kelli O'Brien is an experienced professional with a diverse background in implementation, sales, and customer service. Currently serving as an Implementation Specialist at MEDITECH since January 2022, Kelli previously worked as a Restaurant Server at Granite Links Golf Club, where exceptional customer service was emphasized. Additional experience includes roles as a Sales Associate and Inside Sales Representative at Granite Telecommunications and T&K Asphalt Services, respectively, where Kelli developed skills in client relationship management and contract negotiations. Kelli’s early career included internships with the Boston Celtics in ticket sales and the Norfolk Sheriff's Office, focusing on youth leadership development. Kelli holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and has completed tourism and hospitality education with CETT_UB.
