Michael Cosgrave is an accomplished professional with diverse experience across multiple roles. Currently serving as a Revenue Cycles Implementation Specialist at MEDITECH since June 2025, Michael previously gained valuable experience as a Manufacturing Operations Assistant at Inspire, ensuring product quality for Dunkin’ and collaborating on significant projects. Michael has worked consistently as a Substitute Teacher at the West Tisbury School since December 2021, supporting educators and leading various specialty classes. As Co-Founder of We-Shop MV, Michael helped create a contactless grocery delivery service during the Covid-19 pandemic, ensuring community safety and affordability. Earlier roles include Head Lifeguard at Owen Park and Tashmoo Lagoon, and a Boat Dock and Boating Gas Pump Attendant at Tisbury Wharf Company. Michael holds a degree in Economics from Connecticut College, with an educational background from Holderness School and Martha's Vineyard Regional High School.
