Michael Oppenheim

Michael Oppenheim is an experienced physician informaticist, healthcare executive, and practicing physician who has worked extensively with electronic health records and health information technology. Currently, they serve as a physician informaticist at MEDITECH, having previously held leadership roles at Northwell Health and North Shore-Long Island Jewish Health System. Michael's work focuses on leveraging emerging technologies to enhance clinician and patient experiences, highlighted by their significant contributions to telehealth, AI, and quality management. They have published numerous papers and spoken at various prestigious events, sharing insights on the integration of technology and healthcare. Michael completed their medical education at Yale School of Medicine, followed by training in Internal Medicine and Infectious Disease at prominent institutions.
