Sue Liebherr

Sue Liebherr is an experienced professional in client support and services, currently serving as a Senior Client Support Specialist at MEDITECH since April 2017. Prior to this role, Sue gained significant expertise as the Director of Client Services at HS Brands International, where management and execution of Mystery Shopping projects involved close collaboration with clients and team members from 2000 to November 2016. Earlier in Sue's career, positions included work in Customer Service and Cash Office at Stop & Shop from 1992 to 2000. Sue holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Court Reporting from Johnson & Wales University, completed in 1996.
