Suzanne Williamson

Suzanne Williamson has over three decades of experience in customer engagement and marketing support, currently serving as Customer Engagement Manager at MEDITECH since September 2011. Prior to this role, Suzanne held various positions at MEDITECH from 1997 to 2011, including Supervisor of Marketing Support and Implementation Specialist. Earlier career experience includes working as a Medical Records Clerk at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts from 1988 to 1997. Suzanne holds a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Westfield State University and an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Holyoke Community College, complemented by a High School Diploma from Cathedral High School.
