André Grilo

André Grilo is a distinguished researcher associated with CNPq and the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul, contributing to the Laboratório de Design, Cultura e Inovação since March 2021. As a guest author for UX Collective and a writer for Medium, André has actively engaged in the design community since 2015. In addition, André serves as a local leader for IxDA in Natal-RN, Brazil, and has held the role of academic researcher with CAPES from February 2015 to December 2023. André's previous experience includes managerial positions at Superintendência de Tecnologia da Informação - UFRN, where responsibilities encompassed design management and project oversight for digital products. André is also recognized for editorial review work in digital product design publications and served as an evaluator for the Programa Centelha. André holds a doctorate in design from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, complemented by a master's degree and bachelor's degree in design from the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte.
