Deborah Olusegun

Deborah Olusegun is an experienced copywriter and digital content creator with a strong background in journalism. Currently serving as an Email, Web, and Blog Copywriter at Bërtmacks Copy since January 2021, Deborah previously took a break to focus on reporting the news. Deborah has contributed to various platforms, including Medium as a Digital Content Creator specializing in activist blogging since November 2019. Prior experience includes serving as a Desk Editor and Senior Reporter at New National Star, where responsibilities included leading a team of reporters while covering diverse topics such as business, health, energy, oil and gas, and entertainment news. Deborah began the career as a Junior Reporter, progressing through different roles that emphasized reporting and editing. Earlier roles included working as a Speech and Language Therapist at Army Day School and as a Columnist for Kowee News Agency. Deborah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in African Languages and Linguistics from Obafemi Awolowo University.
