Nouf A.

Nouf A. is a Senior Design Technologist at Medium since December 2020, focusing on conceptualizing, designing, and prototyping for various product teams. Nouf A. has a diverse background, having served as a Resident Artist at Somerset House Trust and as an Artist In Residence at ThoughtWorks, where a generative machine learning project was developed to explore ancestry through interactive storytelling. Previously, Nouf A. was the Lead Creative Technologist for the IoT installation "Alexa, Call Mom!" and worked as a Creative Technologist at Havas, leading R&D in Art & AI. Early career roles included UX Designer & Developer positions at StrongArm Tech and YinzCam, along with an internship at Henning Larsen Middle East. Nouf A. also served as a Teaching Assistant for Intermediate Arabic at Carnegie Mellon University and holds a Bachelor of Architecture and a Master of Professional Studies from Carnegie Mellon University and New York University, respectively.
