Sixing Huang

Sixing Huang is an accomplished bioinformatician and writer with extensive experience in academia and industry. Currently serving as a Bioinformatician and Evangelist at Gemini Data Inc. since June 2023, Sixing Huang also contributes as a writer for Medium since March 2021. Previous roles include Bioinformatic Teacher at the University of Science and Technology Beijing, where instruction focused on graduate-level bioinformatics, and Bioinformatic Scientist at BGI Genomics. Sixing Huang's technical expertise encompasses NLP engineering and knowledge graph construction from a tenure as an NLP engineer at Basecamp Research. Additional positions include Bioinformatics Specialist at MGI and Senior Biodiversity Informatic Data Scientist at the Leibniz Institute DSMZ.
