Katarina Andersson has over 20 years of experience in driving automation using AI and Machine Learning in the data extraction industry. Katarina has held various roles such as VP Capture Product and Director Capture Product Management at Medius, where they focused on intelligent automation strategies. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Kofax, where they were responsible for product and marketing strategies within the financial process automation market. Katarina also served as a Product Manager at Lexmark Enterprise Software, overseeing capture products, and at ReadSoft, where they were strategically responsible for the capture product portfolio and held positions such as Solution Manager, International Presales Manager, and International Project Manager. Before that, they worked as a Consultant and technical project manager at Xerox Professional Services and as a Consultant at International Development Europe.

Katarina Andersson earned a McSc degree in Computer Science and Mathematics with a focus on Database Design from Stockholm University between 1994 and 1997. Katarina has also obtained additional certifications including Deck officer class VIII from the Swedish Transport Agency in 2022, Pragmatic Marketing Certified levels five and three from Pragmatic Marketing in 2017 and 2016 respectively, and a Product Focus Certified Product Manager certification from Product Focus in 2014.
