Kat Clark

Kat Clark is a strategic early careers leader currently serving as the Head of Early Careers at Medivet. They previously held significant roles in talent management at institutions such as John Wiley and Sons, where they designed and implemented global intern programs and developed talent initiatives. Prior to this, Kat managed the Undergraduate of the Year Awards at TARGETjobs and led events at GTI Specialist Publishers. With a deep focus on workforce planning and talent development, Kat has also contributed to emerging talent programs at Ocado Group.
