Jack Began is a seasoned Compliance Associate at Medix™ since June 2021, adept at managing compliance for a vast number of talent and ensuring effective onboarding processes. Previous experience includes a role as Human Resources Generalist, where Jack spearheaded onboarding initiatives and conducted insightful exit interviews to enhance operational efficiency and employee satisfaction. As a Human Resources and Marketing Intern, Jack analyzed talent detractor feedback to improve recruitment strategies for new graduates. Additional experience includes an internship at Good Karma Brands focused on marketing and sports coverage, and a staff writer position at LEAD Sports Media, where Jack researched and wrote extensively on NBA topics.
