Jackie Wolf, APTD, serves as the Learning and Development Manager at Medix™ since November 2019, where responsibilities include improving and maintaining L&D programs, creating content and resources for teammates, and fostering a supportive learning environment. Prior experience includes roles at Snapsheet Inc, where Jackie managed a company knowledge base, designed onboarding programs, and facilitated training for Customer Success agents. Additional experiences span various roles in customer service, public relations, and event coordination, with a strong foundation in communication studies and psychology from the University of Iowa, where Jackie earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in 2016.
