Ruby Suresh is an experienced software engineer with a notable background in telephony integration and IVR applications. A career began at Defence Bio Engineering & Electro Medical Lab (DRDO) as a Software Engineer from July 1990 to November 2000, followed by a position at Quicken Loans from 2004 to 2009, where Ruby served as the Main Engineer for computer telephony integration systems.
