MedLink’s automated recall system identifies patients using clinical rules, invites them for review, and supports consistent coding and follow-up. Practices can tailor cohorts, apply exclusions, and ensure vulnerable patients are appropriately managed—reducing administrative workload while improving uptake of reviews.

Patients can access reviews online and engage asynchronously, improving convenience and accessibility. For practices, this releases clinical capacity, reduces administrative burden, and supports revenue generation.

With monitoring functionality coming soon, MedLink will extend this approach to support safe, end-to-end management of high-risk medications and additional long-term conditions—helping practices deliver consistent, protocol-driven care at scale.
