Currently serving as the Director of Provider Recruitment at Pullman Regional Hospital since February 2022, Sandi has extensive experience as a Physician Recruiter at nextGEN Group, LLC and MedMan, Inc., focusing on recruiting healthcare professionals in the Pacific Northwest and Intermountain West regions. Prior to these roles, Sandi held the position of Director of Clinic Services at Tri-State Memorial Hospital, overseeing hospital-owned clinics, and was responsible for the administration and management of clinics at Bozeman Deaconess Hospital.
