Carolyn Steffen, CSM, CPPM has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Carolyn started their career as a QA consultant at DHC in 1996, where they produced and maintained a test plan for testing the integration of TesserAct to the Payroll Systems. Carolyn then worked as a QA consultant at Imation/Spherion, where they produced and maintained a qualification test plan for Imation's Medical Archive Server.

In 1997, Carolyn joined USBancorp/Spherion as a QA Lead/Consultant, and later joined Medtronic/Spherion as a QA consultant. At Medtronic, they produced and maintained a system test plan for Gentia Neuro Sales Reporting.

Carolyn Steffen, CSM, CPPM received a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics from Purdue University, where they studied from 1982 to 1985. Prior to their time at Purdue, they attended the State University of New York at Plattsburgh from 1979 to 1982, although the specific degree and field of study for this period are not provided.
