Carolyn Steffen, CSM, CPPM

Carolyn Steffen, CSM, CPPM has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Carolyn started their career as a QA consultant at DHC in 1996, where they produced and maintained a test plan for testing the integration of TesserAct to the Payroll Systems. Carolyn then worked as a QA consultant at Imation/Spherion, where they produced and maintained a qualification test plan for Imation's Medical Archive Server.

In 1997, Carolyn joined USBancorp/Spherion as a QA Lead/Consultant, and later joined Medtronic/Spherion as a QA consultant. At Medtronic, they produced and maintained a system test plan for Gentia Neuro Sales Reporting.

In 1999, they worked as a webpage designer at OBGYN.net, where they produced and maintained the monthly Fetal Monitoring web page. Carolyn then joined NetClinic/CRuff Quality Solutions as a QA Consultant, producing and maintaining testing documents for NetClinic software.

From 2012 to 2013, Carolyn worked at Curbside Landscaping as an Analyst. In this role, they assisted in setting up android devices with Hindsite software and created processes, reports, and performed user testing.

In 2015, Carolyn joined Knowledge Marketing as a Software Quality Assurance Analyst, assuming lead responsibilities for testing forms designer software and assisting in the testing and deployment of other software.

In 2018, they joined Employer Solutions Group & Employer Solutions Staffing Group as a Payroll Account Manager, and in 2019, they started working at Mednet as a Software Quality Assurance Analyst.

Carolyn Steffen, CSM, CPPM received a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics from Purdue University, where they studied from 1982 to 1985. Prior to their time at Purdue, they attended the State University of New York at Plattsburgh from 1979 to 1982, although the specific degree and field of study for this period are not provided.
