Ryan Witort is the President of MedOP Solutions and a HealthTech thought leader, bringing over 20 years of experience in healthcare consulting and talent acquisition leadership. Currently, Ryan leads all functions of Real Chicago's growth, managing Business Development and Recruitment for a STEM recruitment group focused on the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Medical Device, and Digital Health industries. Previous roles include Director at Advanced Resources and Division Director at Robert Half, where Ryan was recognized as the 2012 Rookie of the Year worldwide. Ryan is currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration from the College of DuPage and has studied Business Administration and Management at Benedictine University.
