Emily Lay

Emily Lay is currently the Associate Director at Medpace, where they manage various aspects of clinical research trials. They previously held several roles within Medpace, including Sr. Data Manager and Project Manager, overseeing project activities and communication with sponsors and clinical sites. Before joining Medpace, Emily worked as a Pharmacy Technician at Kroger from 2004 to 2011. They earned a Master's Degree in Clinical Research and Drug Development and a Bachelor's in Biology from the University of Cincinnati.
