Nathan Shepherd

Nathan Shepherd is an experienced Loss Prevention Supervisor currently serving as the Global Security Operations Center Supervisor at Medpace. Previously, they worked at R+L Carriers as a Command Center Supervisor and at Kohl's Department Stores as a Loss Prevention Supervisor, where they developed effective security processes and trained team members. Nathan began their career in retail in various roles, including Senior Target Protection Specialist at Target and Asset Protection Associate at Walmart, where they honed their skills in loss prevention and team building. They graduated from Northridge High School in 2006.
