Sarah Johnson, CFM, is a CFM-accredited Facilities Director currently serving as the Director of Corporate Facilities at Cintas since 2026. With a robust background in managing real estate, construction, and maintenance across North and South America, they previously held the position of Associate Director of Facilities at Medpace and Regional Store Care Manager at Walgreens. Sarah was responsible for overseeing extensive facility portfolios, leading team development, budget management, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives. They are also pursuing Bachelor's degrees in Accounting and Finance from Saint Mary's College of Notre Dame and in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame.
