Thais Roberts

Thais Roberts is an experienced Global Compensation & Benefits Analyst at Medpace, with a focus on payroll administration and benefits for Spanish and Portuguese-speaking regions in LATAM and Europe, having progressed through three analyst roles since joining in January 2022. Prior to this, Thais worked at Surge Staffing as a Senior Bilingual Staffing Specialist and Bilingual Staffing Specialist, and held the position of Pharmacy Technician at CVS Health. Earlier career experiences include finance and audit internships and a role as a call center representative. Thais is currently pursuing an MBA in Data Science and Analytics at USP/Esalq, set to complete in 2025, and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi, as well as a certification in Effective and Essential Grammar & Conversation in English from Fairfax University of America.
