Misty Shell

Misty Shell, LPN, MBA-HCM, serves as the Senior Director of Clinical Operations at Medplace, where they lead initiatives to optimize clinical review processes and develop standard operating procedures. With prior experience in pediatric home care and hospice settings, they have held various leadership roles, including Executive Director of Operations at Jordan Valley Community Health Center and Chief Operations Officer at Elevated Community Health. Misty’s educational background includes an ongoing MBA in Health Care Administration from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Health Services from Missouri State University.
