Steve Webb has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Steve began their career at Raytheon in 1987, where they worked as an IT Analyst/Consultant, providing help desk and system mainframe support. Steve also conducted software application classes. In 1996, they joined Lincoln Financial Group as a Lead Software Programmer/Consultant, responsible for maintaining and developing client/server software and making custom modifications for insurance companies.

In 1997, Webb moved to General Dynamics C4 Systems, where they held the position of Technical Lead/Program Manager/Software Engineer. Steve developed the technical vision and solutions for products and programs, managed teams, and directed research and development efforts.

Since 2012, Webb has been working at MedPro Group. Initially, they served as a Project Manager responsible for overseeing various projects. In July 2020, they transitioned to the role of Technical Manager, where they continue to utilize their technical expertise.

Steve Webb, CSM has a diverse education history. Steve earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science and Math from Ball State University, graduating in 1987. Later, in 1993, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Miller College of Business at Ball State University, specializing in Business Administration.

In 2011, Steve expanded their skillset by completing an Associate's Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University. Although the field of study for this certification is not specified, it was a valuable addition to their educational background.

Steve Webb also holds various certifications. In 2020, they earned a certification titled "SEO: Ecommerce" from LinkedIn. Additionally, in 2021, they completed a certification called "Virtual Performance Reviews and Feedback," also obtained from LinkedIn.
