MedReview LLC provides Medical Review Officer (MRO) services for safety sensitive workforces, occupational health providers, third-party administrators, and workplace drug testing partners.

We help organizations manage the medical review process for occupational drug test results that require MRO evaluation. When a laboratory result is not reported as negative, our MRO review process gives the testing participant an opportunity to discuss whether there is a legitimate medical explanation for the result. After review, our MRO determines the appropriate final result and reports it in accordance with applicable workplace drug testing requirements.

Our goal is to support providers with a reliable, compliant, and professional MRO solution that protects the integrity of the testing process while treating participants with fairness and respect.

MedReview LLC is built to serve as a trusted behind-the-scenes partner for companies that provide drug testing, occupational health, compliance, and workforce screening services to employers.
